A young eunuch serving in Zhaohua Yuan. He is afraid of the emperor but sees a rare opportunity to attend to him since the emperor arrived in haste without his usual surrounding eunuchs nicknamed 'grandfathers.' He calls himself the emperor's cat or dog, meant solely to amuse him.
