He is exhausted from days of dealing with the swine fever outbreak, during which over five thousand pigs have died. Initially hostile and distrustful of the Hainan team, his opinion of Jiang Jinwan changes after she subdues the mad boar. He cooperates fully with Jiang Jinwan's treatment plan.
