A merman who was trapped in the inland sea/lake on the island. He set up the formation from the shadows. He has misty blue eyes and a graceful blue fish tail with translucent jewel-like scales. He offered to grant Yu Tao one request as repayment for saving him, but his spell failed when he tried to enchant her. Yu Li attacked him with a sword.
