A fish vendor at a stall who sold Yu Tao a dead Five Spirit Fish at half price. He was exasperated by Yu Tao waiting for the fish to die so she could buy it cheaply. He later couldn't sleep at night, staring at the crescent moon which he thought looked like the dead fish.
