A female train conductor who Su Wan found to report the seat dispute. She initially tried to avoid trouble and suggested Su Wan switch seats, but later firmly told the old woman to return to her own seat when Su Wan threatened to report her. Another conductor also appeared later to remind the old woman about the noisy child.
