Commander Feng is the husband of Doctor Han Fenfang and a regimental commander on the island. He is deeply caring and somewhat overprotective of his pregnant wife, having once been scared when he saw her sprinting full speed with a seven-month pregnant belly carrying a medical kit. He is described as chattering and nagging but in a loving way. He has to balance his duty at the training grounds with his concern for his wife.
