Really great job!! The author created a really good story and character, a big world where we learn with the MC without being overwelmed with too many info. And what I really like is that he was able to avoid every cliché without making it forced, everything is really fluid and natural. Still early but I really hope that this work will have the success it deserves.
This novel is one of the best original novels on here, don't get throw of by jacks arrogance at the beginning since he has a good reason for it, if you haven't started reading it, do it now. The novel's at it's last arc so you won't have to wait for the story once you caught up since it'll be finished then. Enjoy.

Yes, the females of the harem are not human. (girls with octopus faces, or aranachet ...) So I do not expect, that finds ecchi scenes, not even less +18

It's a faced paced story and asks the question, "What would I do if I got bad news from the doctor?" K has a lot of potential as a leading character. Of course, if he doesn't slow down his actions will definitely catch up with him in a very brutal way.

i have read ahead and have gotten to some ~200 chapters.
from the title you would expect that MC is actually some kind of teacher creating his academy and teaching numerous students etc.
if you are expecting this you will be disappointed. MC is just using academy to gather his harem of lolis and academy system is just cover for him to get OP. all of the support characters are young females that are mostly in love with MC.
cause of reviews i was constantly expecting for it to suddenly get good like some other similar novels, cause so many ppl did 5 star reviews and were comparing it to them, but that moment never came.
there is no comedy and it is rather similar to other system novels. grind, action and nonsensical storyline that is riddled with plot holes and ofcourse deus ex machinas.
The formating really needs help, the author's writing style of skill/stat dump doesnt help .
