This is a must read. The writing was captivating. It's pleasantly different from what we are used to. I think it's great. Keep it up author. Just in the last month, this is the third copy cat of WBMA. These copycats bring shame to the original.
The original is just called World's Best Martial Artist and that's it. It's one of the best novels of 2020. Worlds merging theme where humanity is struggling for survival (hence why no fights in initial chapters, it's built up for future fortress defenses, battles, skirmishes, wars etc), long chapters, good humour, solid world building, interesting cheat, lifelike side characters - some felt more of MC than MC himself when he was still growing, and he even treated some of them as his role model that he wanted to surpass. They have their own MC halo. And much more
Hi! This is kera, an editor of the international writing contest SWA II. I believe your book has great potential, so I invited you to join in a week ago. Please reply to me so I can discuss this with you in detail.
Story throws away the combat system after 100 chapters or so. Pretty much starts of with magic runes and turns into pokemon. It’s pretty much a complete different story after. (The entire cast just dissappears beSides the MC)
The translation is also full of grammar and punctuation mistakes. Names can be translated or left in pinyin in the SAME sentence.
When I started reading this, I really enjoyed myself, but as time has gone on I realize that there is never any satisfying closure to any conflict. Yerode and Lumine, the first ‘true’ antagonists of the story who are introduced around chapter 100 are both STILL ALIVE and causing problems in chapter 670+. This is a pattern that occurs with just about every major antagonist and it is incredibly annoying.Especially when the female main character, Ruby, is one of those antagonists. The author absolutely refuses to let the main character act reasonably when she’s involved. Oh she tortured him to death? No problem, he’ll rescue her next time regardless just because the ‘Oracle’ offered to throw him a couple good boy points for it. Ridiculous. She’s been nothing but an annoying return villain since he met her, and I frankly have no desire to see the continued forced romance there. No matter how strong Jake gets, or how high his Ordeal scores are, it never matters because magically all of his peers end up stronger than him despite that. It’s been 500 chapters and Jake is still getting thrashed by the same people as he was at the start.
Honestly one of the best novels, if not the best on this appYou can stop reading nowThe only way I know of to stop is if I have a good ? and a bad day and I can get back up and running ?u200d♀️ in time
the story seems ok but the translation quality makes it very hard to get into the flow of the story as your always trying to figure out what is happening.
From the start, the premise is engaging and the writing style stuck the landing. We meet Yami, a renowned assassin. He enters the game in search of his sister.Taking an original approach, the game is realistic and the characters are clearly not NPC-like. While not much has been explored, I can say this is definitely a promising book.
looking forward to this one .............................................................................................
won't lie I've read less than 10 chapters but so far it's pretty much an exact copy of Dungeon Hunter which while I admit was a great read I'm in no mood to read a reskinned copied version of it
