I tried soo bad to excuse this novel but nope it's trash. The plot makes no sense.Why not hire him? The government legit has a secret bunker filled with researchers but instead decided that it's best to let the guy live outside without knowing anything. Like legit his work is ending up online and foreign enemies are finding out about him but nope, the government does nothing. Not to mention the fact that they are stealing his research without anything in return. I fail to see anything good about this novel
and its back! damn, i miss this so much, imo one of the best cn novels ever! anyway, last year i was wondering why there were no updates, good thing it’s back. but sucky, how its now pay-to-read.i miss those good ol’ days where it’s just coffee for translators, now its gold for the distributor.
Starts off pretty well, interesting story. Normal Chinese translation issues, but no radical patriotism, or even any at all actually. But after chapter 118 it goes waaayyyy south. 3 chapters seems to be missing right in the middle of a dungeon run, and now the author starts forgetting things like whether or not a particular person was even there to begin with. And by particular person, I mean 3 entire people just randomly showed up, with no obvious method to even arrive at the location, much less fight their way inside and join up with MC.
too Chinese too TOO cliche and this this pure wish fulfilment it has every Chinese cliche and brain dead decision and scenario you can have in any Chinese novel.character are too 2d and predictable.story is also too predictableeg mc is orphan and have a lil sis what happened next they fall in love with each other.it's just too corny and predictable.if you like to read predictable, wish fulfilment and safe fluff with full of Cheesiness that this fir you.

From all the books i have read from Muse this is the most far less heartbreaking book.. but nonetheless still amazing! great work as alway Muse! love it and can't wait for more <3
