as one of the "old" readers on this website, I'd say this is one of the top novels here. I feel like it was interesting from the start and it introduces the various superpowers and sectors/planets. Honestly, he gets a pet cyborg, plots, fights, and actually travels to a different universe and starts life anew. He also makes superpower friends and establishes connections. What are some of your recommendations from this website?

Well hello there, I bounced around for a bit since a lot of stories were missing chapters, before restarting Villain: Play of Destiny which is a solid urban fantasy villain, if a bit smutty. Kinda similar to I am the Fated Villain, which I'm currently rereading since I lost track of all my chapters.
After that I'll either head to the Mount Hua Sword Sect or Ascending the Heavens as an Evil God depending on whether I'm still on a villain kick. Or maybe pick this up again, since it's supposed to be kinda mediocre, but spawned a lot of offshoots that use it's world and power system.

Not gonna say much, only a few words: It's fking awesome(well I read the manga). From what I know:
-It has a system
-Mc's badass
-Villian's badass
-Mc has a sister
-Mc needs money
-The Hype is good
I recommend manga because the expression of that first villain was awesome. I could literally feel chills.
After that, follow the novel.

This is one of the most unique and interesting Novels I’ve read. The power system is different and characters feel more than cardboard cutouts, and the story Also flows in a way that it doesn’t
depend on cliches and plot devices. Unfortunately it’s almost as if the story is too unique. It has too much going on at one time that it becomes confusing, in the first 10 chapters you don’t know if it’s going to be a generic urban fantasy or a sci-fi drama. It overwhelms the reader with to many components of the story at the same time. I think the author focused too much on trying to be different that he/she bit off more than they can chew and it becomes confusing. For the first chapters of the story, it feels like there isn’t a plot and thing just happens; so as a reader and hard to follow the story. The reader isn’t allowed to infer what’s going on in the story and understand the emotions of the MC and other characters because the author jus tells us, it’s almost as if we are not reading story but a summary of things that happened.
In conclusion I fell the author bit more than he can chew and didn’t give a chance for the plot to flow naturally. Oddly enough I kinda wish the author took a more cliched and generic approach and build upon it so we can, as readers can understand the story better. Sometimes it’s better to take a well trodden path and build on it than to build your own and forget to enjoy the scenery on the way. I followed this novel from xianxiaworld to here at qidian just to be disappointed. 3 chapters per week? + Poor update stability? Its very saddening for me.
