Barnacleboy
There is an unbelievable release rate in one day. The story is fairly interesting to those who enjoy the Kingdom Build genre, and the use of war and military genre is also fused into the story. It is a little forceful as if there is something that must be said, but the story pace is slow enough to enjoy and not too many time skips are included. Thanks for translating.
Will anyone rip my head off if I said that I don't really like doulu novels.
Lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala- 'just trying to fill in 140 character don't bother with me'
A true gem that makes me recall the good old days where webnovel had good stories. I read 56 chapters so far and both the MC and his foes are actually smart rational people. The first major antagonist alone crafted a plot I did not see coming till the last minute and i had to admit was actually really smart and creative. The MC while being smart and hiding his identity still portrayed the pride of being a powerhouse and legend without being mindlessly arrogant like other novels.
TL DR
World building is done well and characters are interesting. No obvious plotholes so far and good translation quality.
This book has a lot of pros but the cons have started to outweigh then IMO.
I have read until chapter 250 so I can say objectively that the story has a lot going for it story wise but when you pad your word count on literally every single chapter with a notice not to pirate, which will happen regardless, then I lose trust in your integrity as an author. (I understand not wanting your hard work to be given away for free but I shouldn't have to pay for your insecurity.)
Second, filler chapters and filler content to pad the word count... With the amount of information that is nonrepetative in the 250 chapters I read you could have gotten the message across in half that number.
That said, I do enjoy the concept and ideas you have but they need to be executed more efficiently.
(Yes I understand that most webnovels are padded with repetition and filler but that doesn't make it right, does it?)
With some slight tweaking and focusing more on story development rather than useless banter between characters then this story could be great.
It's like a badly written version of RSSG. The MC is supposed to be the battle emperor, but he plays like a total newbie, making bad decisions left and right. The game has also just started, yet theres huge guilds with leatherworkers and blacksmiths somehow supplying their armies with full 'bronze level' armor, allowing them to clear out entire leveling zones? Riiiight... This is something that should happen weeks or months later, not on Day 1.
Overall, a terrible read.
NICE!!!
I’m honestly surprised Webnovel were able to pick a good novel this time. It’s seems like the author is a new author and he did well writing the many emotions, character interaction, good story progress and good plot line. usually Chinese author just follow the common trend and don’ care about the quality of their stories, but it seems like this time we got a good quality novel.
So bad, don't waste you're times for this.

This novel is the author’s romanticization of plants. There are no scary spiders or insects creeping under every leaf of a plant, ready to give the next passerby a heart attack. The author is just creating her own ideal world where those who fear itty bitty creatures can peacefully live in harmony with beautiful flowers.
I’m kidding.
You guys should be aware that a shameless author review is among the least trustworthy of reviews. Read a different review.
Thank you to those who have chosen to give this novel a shot c:
Haven‘t even read this but as an Overwatch Fan the Title is a must read for me(crusaders and stuff)
