Interesting concept, but poorly executed. The first major problem is the limits of the narrative editing. Starting out with some sort of unlimited blank check to edit his own talent and potential, the author goes way overboard and rarely uses the narrative editing cheat. Instead the MC goes and reads peoples narratives to steel their opportunities. So the flaws that I see is that the author should have removed the limits on number but instead made much stricter limits on how much a single edit could accomplish. I really dislike when an author names their story about a gimmick and than quickly drops the gimmick.
Shamelessly giving this story five stars. It's great and has a very interesting plot so far and has a lot of potential to grow into something even better. It has become a daily thing where I check for updates to this novel and wish the there were countless more chapter already released .
One of the worst ending i have encountered yet.Such a shame because it had an awesome, funny starting, nice MC.I can easily suggest it to others but only maybe the first half or first 3/4 of it. The rest can be spoilered you would lose nothing, maybe some cringe.
I enjoy the development of the MC in this one; He doesn't immediately become overpowered, and having him tied to a Gu that will eventually kill him is pretty neat and helps to give him motivation to actually progress. Pretty nice preview, looking forward to see it progress.
Idk what this is, or how this made it to the top of the power ranking but it's not anything worth reading. Another one of these weird, extremely low quality novels that are popping up lately that are basically slice of life disguised as cultivation - No world background, no cultivation system, robot character interaction. There is no way people actually read this, probably bots voting.
Good premise. . . . that's all. I am usually okay for something cliche because there's ton of these books around. So you can't always expect some ground breaking or earth shaking story out of some cosmic big bang explotion or some thing.However this book is not for the experienced reader. The story quickly goes down the hill from chapter 9 and I still continuing while hoping that it's just some slip on the author. But that's not for this book.The point is... Sorry Not Recomended.
Unbelievably slow pacing. The MC registers for a fight in chapter six. The fight in question is scheduled to take place later on the same day. By chapter twenty, the MC still hasn't participated in the fight, and only a couple hours have passed since the events of chapter six.

This novel makes me laugh like no other. Yes, the chapters are super short, but the translator releases very quickly. The system is a bit of a sadist fujoshi, and really doesn't help the MC at all, other than pissing him off and being inconvenient. Who ever said the system has to be helpful? Nevertheless the cultivation is unique, and always entertaining. It's a breath of fresh air for people getting tired of the standard wuxia novel and their cultivation masters balancing inner qi, reaching for the heavens, breaking through cultivation barriers, and spitting blood when they don't get any face.
