I went searching for a translation and found many that sounded like they were put through google translate. When I finally came across this one, I was blown away by the quality! It really feels like an official translation!
Is there a reason that the updates have stopped for nine months? If you're taking time to translate the book, could you please let us know?
As the book itself, I was completely blindsided by the first chapter. I never would have guessed such dark content would come from a book titled "Dumb Husky and His White Cat Shizun". Mo Ran turned me off quite a lot in the beginning, but as I see his character growth, I'm anticipating to see who he'll become.
My favorite parts are when we get to see Chu Wanning's POV. It's absolutely heartbreaking (and I relate so hard). What a way to realize one's own self worth through seeing yourself in another character. I know, realistically, he'll get a happy ending, but I also know, realistically, that he'll suffer so much to get there. Mo Ran... please treat him well.
The official release doesn't come until October where I am. I'd love to see an update and get a better grasp on the story before committing myself to buying it. (Money makes us all bearers of the curse) All other translations truly pale in comparison. Please let us know if you'll continue!

The translation quality is awful. Also guns in a cultivation novel? It doesn’t make sense for the most part.
Very difficult read. Character creation is a bit rough. Also plot holes make you just go "what just happened?" To top it off with grammatical errors every other sentence. If you can get through all that, then you can finally get to a cliché filled story that is hard to follow. Gave it a good effort. Was too much a struggle for these eyes of mine...

I have read many web novels over the years, one of them being the current #2 in the Original category and I believe that this story has the potential to rival “Reborn: Evolving from nothing” after some more character development. I think I’ll be spending all my energy and power stones on this series for a while. Keep up the good work, your doing great!

I couldn't pick the mage novel back up due to the long separation right as the novel started, and the fact that MC's step-mothers got developed without getting added to harem at the point i stopped reading. Will this novel have separations like those, or develop friendzoned characters? I don't like reading about other characters relationships instead of focusing on MC in harem novels.
