I'm… being weird.
And deep inside I knew what that means…
"He saved my daughter after all and did it while looking cool." He said remembering what his daughter said to him and his daughter said she wanted to grow up helping people. This was the least he could do.

Caught up in a rush of excitement, I carelessly pricked my thumb against the blood stone's incisor, cutting much deeper than intended. The wound healed instantly, and with it, a trail of heat caused the air to shimmer before me.
The Librarian flinches at being called uncle again and then smiles as he answers her "The age does matter when it comes to organizing a library, it's the heart and effort you go at it. If you don't have the heart when organizing a library you will never feel the homely and scholarly feeling of a library, it'd become a battlefield of knowledge and an endless abyss of words. The heart provides a road for people to read."
The group of about ten girls looked her intently. Glenda closed her eyes in an attempt to remember.
Still, this affected Cassidy a lot as her family have been blaming everything to her because of her reckless behavior.

" may be it's the first time"
hey....I wants to focus on my other novel for now until it's chapter 20 or 15 .
The dialogue in this chapter is absolutely vicious and I'm here for it. Su Yunzhao's voice is this perfect blend of respectful on the surface and razor-sharp underneath. Every time she says "Imperial Grandmother" I can hear the steel in it. And the way she handles Su Yunxiu's fake modesty—"Sister-in-law, you know you cannot bear it, so why do you think Consort Tian can?" — that's not just good dialogue, that's a surgical strike delivered with a smile. Xiao Jinyao's lines are sparse but loaded. "They are blind..." — three words that say everything about how he sees Su Yunzhao's worth. And his final moment: "No need... let the Consort of the Heir Apparent handle it..." — he's dying and his first thought is to defer to her authority. That's character development right there. The Empress Dowager's voice is all bluster and entitlement. "Do you know your mistake?" — she's so used to people trembling before her that she can't comprehend someone who won't. And Prince An's interjection: "Imperial Brother, Mother is reprimanding Yunzhao. We should not interrupt..." — fake concern so thick you could cut it with a knife. The author gives each character a distinctly different way of speaking and you can always tell who's talking even without dialogue tags.
