The writer did a good job for being able to create such an amazing storyline with great character building. The fight scene was well pictured from the writing of the author so the readers could understand what is happening not just some random words and put some sfx.The con is, too many filler chapter in the story that even if you didn't read it, it doesn't affect the progress of the story at all. So sometimes the readers would feel frustated because of this.

loving book but school tournament makes no sense in the world u built. in a country where they fighting a war against another country and one against monsters the importance of getting best talent on surface would be important. i mean obvisouly corruption would obvisouly be a factor. however by having the tournament be random the school took a risk of top student eliminating each other as shown by adam and mcs friends fight. the tournament should of been structured so that the top students didnt compet against each other in first round and since there was 22 spots 2 of the spots could of went to a losers bracket in case of a powerful student being eliminated by another powerful student early on.
wow this piece of work is truly so intriguing!This novel just had me kept reading but I needed to review it (◠‿◕) so here goes-A intricately tailored plotline with enticing concept, well designed characters consisting individual personalities, plot thickens with every chapters and occasionally leaves the readers wondering whats next?, the novel has mystery, humour, action, adventure, thrill,fun and furthermore the instances of an apocalypse are described well keeping the readers attention hooked!
The best thing about this novel is their relationship, it cannot compare to anything I've seen before and most likely never see ever. Honestly, 5 stars is too less, if I could, I would have given it an infinite number of stars.
