The starting of the novel is good even though just a few chapters is written as it socks you right into the world that the author created. The system is also unique as the readers will find out once you read it. I hope the author continues to write the story.
This is a very promising story, keenly following it to see how it develops ?
It was confusing at the beginning, but things started to gain coherence later on.it has a great potential, keep polishing and writing, Mr Author.I get one-piece vibes from it, though. hope it'll be as wonderful.
The novel started off a bit slow but was great overall. In the first few chapters, the MC takes some time to build an emotional connection, but the transition involving the maid's sudden discard felt abrupt. It could’ve been handled more smoothly to build emotional tension.I've read around 45 chapters so far, up to the point where Gracile kiss the MC and goes to her home. The biggest issue I’ve noticed is that many chapters after chapter 15 could’ve been shortened or even removed entirely. I ended up skipping quite a few of them as they felt repetitive and dragged out. Honestly, I wanted to quit at that point, but the romance with the maid kept me reading .The author focuses more on the brighter side of the noble family, which I found refreshing and appreciated.I’ve only read less than 50 chapters in one go, skipping or fast-forwarding the repetitive or non-plot-related chapters. After finishing My House of Horrors, I tried some other novels like The Way of Kings, but I couldn’t get through the slow pacing. I also tried several titles on Webnovel, but finally found this one that kept me hooked through the first 50 chapters.I don’t have much time, but I’ll continue reading whenever I’m free. My request to the author would be to slightly increase the pacing, make every chapter plot-driven, and maintain a good balance between tension and romance. It feels like a pure romance novel at times, even though it’s supposed to be fantasy—but it’s still really good. So keep writing. Best luck.Additional Note: Please try to apply the "show, not tell" technique—it will make the story much more engaging and enjoyable.Sorry, I’m writing this review based only on the first 50 chapters. I’ll edit and update it after reading more.

great read, really good introduction for Miles.
*THIS COMMENT MAY CONTAIN LITELL SPOILERS BE AWARE*I read it up to chapter 114 and all I can say this novel is engaging. Yeah, this novel may have a lot of clichés but this comedy aspect presented by unusual techniques, behaviors, and weapons of MC makes it interesting and unique compared to most current cultivation novels. Fml is interesting some are Yandere, some sadists, and some cold beauty types but you know what this yandere girl doesn't behave on the outside like Yandere and we know she is one thanks to MC's super ability and cold beauty is just some girl with poor social skills and we know it thanks to Mc ability, and in this sadist girl we have seen that her strange behavior isn't so simple and this can be some strange cultivation technique. As I said this novel is full of clichés but made in different unique ways and that makes it so fun and outstanding compared to other novels. The huge downside for me is that MC has too many cheats, but some people like this kind of "overpowered" main character. In my opinion, if you like good comedy novels with a lot of action, face-slapping, and harem romance made in a different manner this is for you. If not give it a shot but you may not like it much. Have a good day fellow reader.
I read this feeling anxious and excited. Anxious because the chapters are too few, excited because the book is simply so good.I hope Lauren's family show extreme fear and remorse towards Lauren before they die, if they must. But the father... I feel bad for him, especially after he's starting to show Lauren some semblance of care, and I don't know why. (Maybe because I have soft spot for parents.)I know it's not easy, but please, update more, author!
