He's not really wrong though. So long as the concept is interesting to you it is 100% worth sticking through to the later chapters. I had dropped this novel several times when I was only several hundred chapters in but finally pushed through some of the rough parts and had some faith in Awespec. Now, I've found this to be my current favorite novel and I can't help but come back every day excited for some new chapters.
I still get how annoying it is to be told to basically waste time reading something bad to get some good but when you've read most of everything else you just do what you have to.

The mc acts like he is intelligent but when he is supposed to do something he acts all dumb , I really don't get it .the sovereign clan has used sacrifice ritual to strengthen the formation like 2+ times in the past, how can he be dumb enough to not find any counter against it .

I would presume, like many, I'm here because I stumbled across the anime and just had to have more. Because this story is addictive, and it is such because it's good. Beyond good, it is outstanding. Amazing. Brilliant. Asonishingly well-developed, well-paced, well-characterised, well-written story. I've read 662 chapters so far, and it just keeps getting better.
The translator has my utmost respect. I know nothing about the Chinese language, and without their wonderful efforts, such a tale would have tragically flown over my head, and I would presume many of the other readers' too. It's remarkable how the chapters get updated at a steady, daily rate. I thank them greatly.
It's a good idea to be aware for native English speakers such as myself, that it can be somewhat challenging for the brain to comprehend at times, particularly at first. The gramatical errors are there in every chapter, and the sentence and paragraph structure may appear a little odd, but with practise and determination these minor details don't matter a single bit. After all, it's the content that we're here for. And the content is truly worth it.
It took an entire week of reading from dawn till dusk (roughly) to get to here so far, and I'm eargerly looking forward to the next chapter.
I'm only worried about the MCs health, honestly, with how much he smokes he's got to be looking for an early death. Oh well. xD
