I get it now, remember Stella was taken to hospital & then \\"brought back\\". Diana was going to say something but Mike stopped her & told her let Weston take her home. The only ones who saw him carrying around \\"Stella\\" was the doctor & Joan. It was probably a doll & in his grief he saw Stella to cope.
