Was it worth it? YES! Does it need to be completed still? Unfortunately, also yes.
This novel has a very good start. Very minuscule spelling errors like mixing up he and her a little. I’ll give 5/5 stars for the beginning. I’ll make another review when a couple hundred chapters are out.
The story seems very interesting and it has alot of potential. If the story hasn't really started so am pretty hyped too see how he is going to write it.

Classic 5-star author review.
In this novel, I write what the reader in me wanted to read in a cultivation novel.
First and foremost, I am an enjoyer of the xianxia genre and cultivation novels in general. But some common points tend to frustrate me or take me out from the plots. Typical examples include MCs that are needlessly hiding their abilities when they could obtain huge benefits by just revealing some or the MCs vowing to stay low-key only for them to murder the son of a powerful figure the next minute, because he insulted their parents or something.
With Journey of the Immortal Grandmaster, I try to portray believable characters with logical behaviors, even as those characters become more and more extraordinary. You will find a martial art adventure with a new realistic spin to it, and an accent on science. No OP MCs, cheat items, and stupid stepping stones piling out one after the other.
Our MC will have to climb his way up with his determination and wits, from a normal starting point.
Han Lingyun, our MC, is very smart but isn’t perfect either as he is in a growth state. You might find him on the cowardly side, especially compared to the traditional MCs. It is in Han Lingyun’s nature to calculate risks and rewards all the time.
Admittedly, this novel is not for everyone: there won’t be constant life and death fights and face slapping if that is what you are looking for. The plot should fit more those that prefer ‘low-key’ MCs, more specifically, the MCs that don’t rely on Deus Ex Machina for saving themselves from an all-powerful cultivator they angered for the hundredth time.
Don’t hesitate to join Han Lingyun on his epic journey!

won't lie I've read less than 10 chapters but so far it's pretty much an exact copy of Dungeon Hunter which while I admit was a great read I'm in no mood to read a reskinned copied version of it
Haven't read it yet, but is this something like, my 3 beautiful wife's are beautiful vampires? Or the same universe, etc?
Cidden çok güzel hikaye şimdilik oldukca guzel gidiyor. Olaylar biraz hızlı gelişsede insanı bıktırmıyor. Yazara başarılarının devamını diliyorum. o(〃^▽^〃)o
Alright, let me start off with some deserved praise. The story is good, I almost got hooked to it. The plot is heading in a very interesting way, and you did a good job building a not-so-cliche background of the protagonist/s. The pacing is good, each chapter gets you somewhere. The humor in this novel is also just right beside my taste.
HOWEVER,
the character design is too forced, the way they converse is too robotic and stiff. They have no feelings at all, the mc can even be considered as a repugnant douche with how he deals with things, although I don't particularly hate that kind of mc.
The world building is too poor. The details are absolutely non-existent. Up until now, I have no idea what the mc looks like, that Jessica girl, and that Golden boy. Like, they just exist there, they do not have a single spoon of appearance or expression.
And to top it all, the grammar is not even on an average level. There are too many newbie mistakes even in the synopsis itself. Let's take the scene where Jessica was being dramatic in front of the mc:
"In the first moment she tried to resist, and even landed a few punches and slaps in his body. But after seeing that struggling was futile, she just accepted the facts and enjoyed the moment."
How the f*ck can you punch and slap 'IN' someone's body.
Using a little common sense would surely fix that problem, but that's not the point.
Anyway, that's it for my review.
IMPORTANT TO TAKE NOTE, I have no grudges with you and I don't hate your novel or whatsoever. I came here to review, not to kiss someone's ass despite their faults.
Good job so far on your first novel. Keep writing and good luck.
Yeah...the grammar is a little bad. Inconsistencies in using first person and third person are confusing. I just hope that your (author) future chapter more focus on trying to give a fighting chance to humanity, meaning developing weapon, technologies, martial art sect or magic academy not just MC trying to become strong alone. Even superman cannot be at two place at once. So built a fucking army.
