He also went and apologised to the royal family of humanity, but they were the ones to provoke him, not once nor twice but several times but in exchange for that he not only didn't kill a single person but also apologised and gave out weapons and tips to the royal family.... is this even life? Someone spits in your face and you give them an amazing gaming computer???
One of the best novels on webnovel. All the characters are so colorful , and memorable, the novel is a perfect slice of life rom com. The mc feels especially human compared to the generic mc you find in every fantasy novel here. I personally enjoyed watching life through the mc's perspective, and I love how i ended up relating to his indecisiveness, annoyances, and self doubt. As i think If i was in his place, i would feel the same emotions, and that made me feel the mc was truly alive.There's a gealthy bit of drama which is now overdone, as in high stakes.I even ended up feeling the tiredness the mc was feeling after going through his days full of twist and turns, but i didn't find it annoying. Some of his character interactions with others is simply relaxing and fun to read. The plot is nothing that special or jaw dropping, but the novel is centered around characters and their everyday life, and the author sure knows how to write a character that truly feels alive.
Is it worth reading? Yes. But, skip to chapter 40 and wait till chapter 70 till it gets better. The only thing you miss by jumping to chapter 40 is a small backstory of 1 chapter. It tells you about how he has/had a master who taught him basic sword work and how to channel mana. The last day he saw his master when he came home from seeing him he found his parents dead with a powerful crazy person above them with his sword sill stabbed into their bodies. He fights the bad guy and fails miserably and keeps fighting him to try to keep him away from his little sister. He fails and fails and then they get closer to his sister and she runs in front of him to stop the bad guys attack from hitting him. She then out of no where lights up like a lightbulb and it knocks back to bad guy and he gets scared and says she is connected to people called "Fate" or "Fated". She then gets sick and is sick for the rest of her life. They become orphans. That is all you will miss by skipping to chapter 40. On top of this this LN is 8th grade syndrome and no one dies or at least the MC is never allowed to kill anyone even if they are constantly attacking him and hurting him or trying to kidnap the girl that his was hired to guard. Then even more 8th grade syndrome comedy happens in the LN that probably only the author himself finds funny.

I read the prologue and the first chapter. I must say author put a lot of effort in it and it's well written. The quality of the novel is top notch and I didn't find much errors in the vocabulary as well. The only drawback I found is that there is no attention grabber moment in the first chapter. Most readers skip the novel after reading the first chapter and synopsis. If the synopsis is interesting enough to let them read more, they'll stay for more chapters. But in this, everything is confusing. The story started off in the present with a little bit of information of MCs back story and her family's tragic end seven years ago. Other than that, nothing interesting came up that intrigued me to read more. Even the synopsis is short with no information about the main plot that might interest someone. Dear Author, your writing quality is good enough to reach readers attention but if the storyline is not interesting. No one will read it. So, try to put things in the first chapter or synopsis like showing a trailer so that more readers will enjoy your novel with proper understanding what's going on. I know it's just a first chapter but put some elements that is attention grabber. Also, please reedit your synopsis and book cover so that it will attract readers indirectly. Thank you! With the amount of inconsistencies that the author didn’t go back and fix to chapter 6 I had to drop this.. has an interesting idea but if a author that post the story doesn’t care about his work then why should I?
It is amusing, story severely lacks world building, plot holes are gaping wide. For no reason MC keep healing his father w a weal cultivation base and doesn't progress. So meaningly instead of getting stronger to do it more efficiently, MC is being smart and not progressing for no real reason xDAlso, this novels MC is even more of a human trash than typical CN novel. And I thought that CN novel's main characters being worse than the antagonist couldn't get much worse! I totally recommend reading first few chapters! it's amusing to no end :D gaping plot holes and worse than normal CN chatacter build makes it good for a laugh of absurdity. Basically- a good giggle for amazing inconsistency, yet novel content wise is as good as the noble character of the MC.
