So off the bat, the highligt of this story is trully the characters. They have a lot of personality and a very amusing dynamic! They complement each other perfectly.
Now the writting quality could use a bit of work, nothing that completely cripples the story as a whole, but enough to stagger at times to understand what exactly is going on.
Overall, an excellent story! I hope you keep going and make it even better!
I haven't started but I'm hope for best as the snip had me screaming joy but I prefer the story itself give the sweets. I hoped for it to have had 100 chapters already because I wasn't in to male MC...and I'm bored of the same story lines...

Very nice to see Er Gen new novel, but it is saddening to see how webnovel divides the chapters in two or three parts, just in this case the chapter 19 corresponds with 10 in raws.

Honest Review. 1.Writing Quality :- Average(3*) 2.Updating Stability :- Good so far(4*) 3.Story Development :- Plot Holes, illogical development, forced romance. (1*) 4.Character Design :-2D Characters, Typical novel MC who is very-very handsome and become one of the strongest in his age group in less then 2 days. (1*) 5.World Background :- Not much is said so far, but for now it's below average. (2*) Overall :- Don't expect anything from this novel maybe it will get better but for now If possible try to skip it.

This one is definitely awesome. i've read it till chapter 60 and I just want moarrr!!
The Story is not so boring as other medical type novel. And the focus of the story is as the title say its surgeon.
The first chapter is kinda absurb cuz he gain 30minute peak level skill to save npc but afterward get blamed by the main surgeon cuz they fail the surgery and need to 'scapegoat' and blame the MC
The System is kinda confusing as the skills point is changing several times. i dont know if this is miss-translation or error from the book.
Lastly The MC is kinda slow-witted with low EQ when conversation with woman is brought and max level face blindness.
Anyway this one is good, and different from the rest medical type novel out there. no showoff, no face slap, no cr*p xianxia with MC lv 100 fighting skills most importantly the main topic of this novel is SURGERY
