Such an interesting concept yet the author chooses to make the Mc into a shallow character which has no real object or goal for example to be the greatest doctor or at least want to surpass someone that excels in his field, no he just goes in the direction of where ever plots needs him to go. At first, this was interesting but as it goes forward it becomes less interesting as we know he will solve it and move on to never see his patients again and the Mc needs more dept to the character development not just power-wise.
I gave up after 20 ch first of all the story is a rage inducing story the mc was suppposed to have iq he has none power wasted for nothing he acts stupid as if he has forgotten that he transmigrated and second instead of actually doing something for herself he simply became lazy and he got beat up no wonder his niece almost died because of his carelesness

He got all the girls, got OP magic from the start, Got all the wealth, fame, fate?, everything.
The story is pretty much daily life, with an ever increasing girls for the Harem.
It's already finished, it's just not complete on this page.
