Enjoyable read however, people may get turned off from the beginning. MC has problems with his slavery and mate pairing to an unlikeable character(not main FMC). This is only prominent within the first volume and even after 20 chapters from the start, it lessens a considerable amount and was quite tolerable. The mate idea so far is a subplot to many different characters and doesn't entirely effect MC's decision making. It is well worth it to push onto Vol 2 and 3.*For people who don't like her, she hasn't been the main focus nor frequently appearing in vol 2 and 3.* The story itself is well written and fight scenes are good. There is a lot of gore and dark elements in the story. World building is slowly built and explained through conversations. There's not much info dumping if any. Some POV changes but not much for people who don't like them still good providing other characters thoughts.Characters are good, some are unlikeable, and unredeemable while you have there counterparts. Variety of different characters and people actually die for their own choices and actions. There are consequences even for the MC. The MC himself is naïve and curious about the world considering his whole life has been in a coliseum. He makes mistakes and learns from them. A story of his journey and self discovery would definitely recommend, well deserved rating.
Dystopia? Check.Excellent power progression? Check.G o d ? Check.Great writing? Check.A sizeable amount of chapters? Check.Count me in? Check. Our world must not be a dystopia if web novels are of this level of quality.Greak work!

Hi GUys, thanks for the reviews, I got the rates, at last, yeay!!!hahaha, sorry for my writing quality, originally I write in Bahasa and I translate it (its faster this way), so sometimes I missed to check it and the words become unbelievable so bad, hahaha, I will fix it, it would be better by the time, i promise ^^
An amazing book, not gonna lie, I only picked it up to get the 200 points for a recommend book, but I'm glad I did. It gives an accurate and detailed description of the world, the characters, and the abilities. There are some spelling mistakes, but they are fat fingers or he went to fast an repeated something. But the Author fixes them very quickly once pointed out. The MC might be overpowered, but there isn't any plot armor and he is very smart. So it doesn't seem that way. Over all a very, very good book and I'm waiting for my next fast pass to read some more!
Hi! This is kera, an editor of the international writing contest SWA II. I believe your book has great potential, so I invited you to join in a week ago. Please reply to me so I can discuss this with you in detail.
it's wonderful for once I even thought that devil_paragon has returned the writing story and plot all are so exciting really a fan of this novel.
Any novel similar to top-tier providence deserves a thumbs up to me. The mc is probably not as much of an extremist as Han Jue, as he finds it ok for disciples to go down the mountain to the outside world if need be. This is unlike Han Jue who basically tells his disciples whose clan is about to be killed to stay put and not go out.
The pace isn't too bad, it's more on the faster side, mostly because the mc is getting a bit too pampered by the system by gaining all the knowledge regarding arrays, a cauldron that can refine any pill with the highest quality without fail, and spring water that can accelerate growth of spiritual plants by a hundred years. Well it's not like I find it bad or anything.
The characters are a-ok, the mc does stick to his values and his disciples feel much more naturally placed than last week's trial read that also makes use of a "taking in disciples system". It's because the 2nd disciple doesn't just instantly beat the 1st disciple mc got because of a different in quality, so it doesn't feel like the past disciples will be expendable and left behind.
World background is alright, can't really comment about it on a 20chapter novel really
A good VR game novel. MC wasn't OP from the start, but I can see him become one. There's also some mystery. Author's writing is also improving gradually. I don't know if much of the concept in unique or not, but I am seeing some of them for the first time. And its really good. That's all for now.
PS: Can't comment on FL as they haven't played much part till the latest chap yet.
To Author: If you are gonna do harem, don't include more than 3 girls. Thank you.
Good. What else to say about? Now for the rest,
Simply, I like it.
This one gets to the standards of pro American novels, edited and with good author who can drive the story with exciting adventures. Mixing Qi and Elves (I know they are not but...) inside Game like world is interesting concept I didn't find elsewhere. MC is likable black guy with good experience before getting to another world and doesn't dwell on "it's a game" mindset. I would like more engagement from side characters (elves) but that is really me being picky.
There are only two cons, occasional typos (very, very few) and that is doesn't have 700+ chaps already.
I come here after Phoenix Phire, which is of similar concept and I would recommend to everyone here hungry something like this.
