Aside from the fact that FL is essentially relying on the ML's funds to support her brothers, which is a bit concerning since it blurs the line between help and dependency, the story is generally well-received. I don't have an issue with her assisting her parents, especially if they need financial support. However, having four of her own children and planning to buy houses for both her parents and siblings with her acquired wealth raises questions about her understanding of money's value, given her previous life's affluence. It would be more appealing if FL guided her family towards financial independence rather than solely shouldering the responsibility of their luxurious lifestyle.
Furthermore, the part where she offers a 50% stake in her entire restaurant business, not just one location, to a seemingly kind stranger feels like a naive decision more suited for a domestic scenario than a business venture. While I acknowledge that the story may resolve positively for FL, regardless of the consequences for the ML, her careless spending without considering the implications does not align with a responsible approach to wealth management. It would be more satisfying if she employed her intellect and made strategic decisions in her endeavors.

Not my style of novel but the Dao encompasses all things so trying something different might be fun. If it sucks *ss I’ll let y’all know. But its been recommended by a few fellow Daoists so I doubt it.

I am genuinely captivated by this novel, which has been a rare source of excitement for me lately. Contemporary works often seem to lack innovative storylines or plot twists, unlike this one. The plot follows the protagonist, who after completing a national manga game, finds himself transported to its alternate world, tasked with saving its inhabitants, particularly the game's characters. The narrative is compelling, filled with unexpected turns and well-developed characters. Each character has their own aspirations, fears, and unique perspectives, making their growth and interactions fascinating to observe, even for the antagonists and ambiguous allies. The author deserves credit for such intricate character development, although at times I wish the main character, Cho Eui-Shin, would show more intelligence.
The translation initially struggled, as mentioned by another reviewer, Google Translate might have been a better option initially. However, the quality improved later on, and I sincerely hope the translators maintain this improvement, ensuring the novel remains enjoyable for readers.

The reason this feels so monotonous and unengaging is because the plot mainly revolves around mundane activities like shopping. The protagonist spends most of his time wandering with his harem, procuring food, and consuming it. It's disappointing that there isn't more substance, such as battles against looming demon lords or exploring the vast array of magic. Instead, the focus is on visiting brothels, seeking pleasure with prostitutes, and shopping trips with his collection of lolis. This character's priorities seem misplaced and无聊.
Characters lack depth, with the main character being defined by passivity and making arbitrary decisions, like wiping out an entire dragon clan without a justifiable reason, simply because he believes it's a dream and can act as he pleases. The female characters are reduced to mere objects of desire, with their personalities overshadowed by their interest in the protagonist. We gain no meaningful insights into them beyond their status as part of his harem.
The excessive attention paid to trivial aspects of the game, like describing the layout of menus in excruciating detail, feels irrelevant and detracts from the story. The protagonist's overpowered nature is also a problem when he doesn't use his abilities to achieve anything significant or contribute to an interesting narrative. While a slice-of-life approach can be enjoyable, this story has become unbearably dull due to its repetitive nature.
OmegaVerse is indeed one of my top favorite BL themes, but many stories within that genre fall short due to cringeworthy portrayals of the uke and subs, often through their helpless nature. What sets this particular pairing apart is the strong personality of the uke. He's so self-reliant that it almost evokes sympathy for his seme, despite being the dominant role. Keep going, kind-hearted seme, you've got this! I also appreciate the second seme, who embodies a yandere-like dynamic, which adds an intriguing twist.
The setting is unique, especially since we're dealing with a novel. Authors are allowed more flexibility when it comes to scientific details, as long as they maintain the story's appeal. By the way, I'm curious to know how the main character's real parents will factor into the plot.

This is really a good novel, the story, the writing, the flow of the plot is splendid, i would give this 9 out of 10.
However I do find some quite unsatisfied, still it's only my personal opinion, like the way the Un upgraded plot on the FL story, the way the same character keep revolving to the same trick and not many new fresh plot. Also I find the romance is quite boring. Then the way the writer make the culture alike through some different country, even if human nature are mostly alike, the culture of each different country surely create a certain different nature too, i personally hardly find the difference in the story.
Still it is very great story, and I recommend a lot to read this story!!!
