Super generic novel once more. Even in this time of quarantine I’d rather not read novels such as this one. I’d wish for a better selection.
I started reading this with pretty low expectations, having read comments about the character being childlike, and the story consisting of endless faceslapping. To my surprise, I am at chapter 97, and keep reading, because the story has kept me amused and fascinated. It might have all the clichés, but it’s addictive, and somehow, refreshing. Also, it has less creepy/sickening attitudes towards women/girls than many highly rated stories I’ve read, so far, so I’d recommend it to female readers (as of ch 97, that is, and there is one point of ickiness that keeps being brought up, but still. Beggars can’t be choosers.).
IRTD is one of the hidden gems of this app. I would highly recomend this to any who like the fluffiness and live by the fluffiness. So far this story has progressed greatly and is by far one of the most enjoyable books within my library I can say the same for all of brother paranoids novels. Keep up the great work.
Dropped at ch6.
Main reason - abysmal writing quality (2/5). Bland and ****** language I can stomack, its a light novel, not classical literature, but the way the Author uses punctuations is just... I have no words. I guess, he thinks you put comma wherever you pause in your speech, even if you pause to take breath. Or, more plausible explanation, his keyboard is malfunctioning and the comma key is jammed, firing on its own every now and then.
"he asked, Joe what was happening" <-- not even the worst, I've seen in one place he put comma after "the", like "think about the, level up function".
This is amazing.I am really feeling like I was also in there in the story. The characters are so much alive.I really like this story.Go on! An awesome story.

I like the author's storytelling style. He is observant enough and the references used can make the reader's imagination wander. Overall good. Spirit! Readers will love your work!
I feel like things happened too fast in this story. In the point of view of the protagonist who lived with Ash for a few weeks it might make sense, but honestly reading the chapters after the end of vol.1 just made me annoyed... We had like 10 chapters of exposion to Ash, then she got kidnapped, then she got pissed at the protag and didn't stop thinking she's the center of the world's problems until now, like what... Think about it for a sec, the matriarchs and the succubus lost their home world because an evil goddes destroyed it, that's a lot of baggage; our lovely and annoying elf thinks that just because she was born an elf she's evil, I wonder what does that say about our kind protagonist, think she forgot but he is literally the son of the incarnation of evil and a hero, but sure being born an elf makes you evil...Idk man, I just don't care enough about Ash to give a f* about her problems, to be honest the chapters were she doesn't appear are 10x better, it's the only way the protag doesn't have to act like he's in a landmine field afterall...In conclusion, the novel is good, but everything happened too quickly, after the first matriarch appearence the plot didn't slow down for even a minute, we had 10000 new characters introduced, matriarcs, blighfall, mastermind of the blighfall and during all that the romantic/slice of life plot didn't progress even a bit, Ash still being annoying af, we don't know anything about Ria, besides the fact that if I was her master, I would have probably used a order to make her leave me alone during most of the chapters (talk about some1 who has no respect for other ppls feelings... If I was sad af because of some1 I care about the last thing I would want to hear is Ria's voice that's 4sure...), nothing to say about the matriarchs they kinda don't have any personality, one of them is annoying and the other is a zombie (a cute zombie that is quite caring, but still no other personality traits), the succubus is getting a bit of the spotlight in the last few chapters, but nothing really to talk about and let's ignore Amanda...As some1 who has nothing to do i'll probably keep reading the novel, but I would like to see some character progression after this blight disaster arc ends... The parents of the protag are still ghosting him, we know nothing of the girls that will be a part of the harem except their names and a few personality traits and for god sakes make Ash less annoying please, more interactions with the succubus and a less annoying Ria would appreacited.
