Thanks for the chapter. At least give him some added elements for control. Some characters in the Naruto series have 5 element mastery. If you have character who controls lightning, be creative in your story on how electricity should be use. You can apply some scientific knowledge in the lightning style like Kakashi brains and brawn. And have his strength and power equal, rival, or greater than any kage level ninja and higher as he gradually develop his power as he grows up. Having some extra elements can boost his strength. Good story try not to make the him overpowered because the story will be boring if he doesn’t have a challenge to push his limits.
