I can’t recommend this book highly enough. Thank you to all the translators. I’m only halfway through and I can tell I will be so sad when it comes to an end. The relationship between the 2 MCs is so awesome. The adventures are so fun and the author’s imagination is amazing. 10/10
If the ML can’t get aroused by men or women, there are actually modern ways to extract a viable sperm on him without him getting aroused. So the whole chapter 1-10 are laughable. Well u go through that length if he has other ulterior motive. The biggest question is if the guy is impotent or sterile? Those are 2 diff things. So the whole point of the story is still absurd. A big plothole like this is very hard to disregard much less for readers who are working in fertility sector. So did not get past chapter 20.

At chapter 906 (the chapter after the last chapter of the novel "The Villain's Wife") it was the time the FL, Lily, died. Basically, in exchange for this information they will get the peace that they want. But then that research is actually dangerous to the humanity or something which may in turn caused for the early extinction of humans. At chapter 906 Lily died, she's already around 55 years old. At this part it mentioned that Zhou Jingren is already dead from cancer a week ago and Lily, just couldn't take the death of her husband so she died... D: it's a pretty sad chapter but whatever, I FOUND THIS NOVEL ANYWAY AND IT'S ACTUALLY SOME SORT OF CONTINUATION OF IT. OH YESS, while reading this chapter I figured out that the story of "The Villain's Redemption" meant Lily's redemption in her next life. Basically, the past life of the FL of "The Villain's Redemption" is the novel "The Villain's Wife" AAAaaaAaaA OHHHHHFHFHHHHHH WTFFFF I ACTUALLY STOPPED READING THIS AT CHAPTER 14 !!!I stopped reading because I thought the story didn't make any sense. Oh my gosh. Of course it didn't... And that's because I haven't finished reading the novel "The Villain's Wife" yet OMG
Utterly disappointed with this. It was very interesting at first but became so boring after. The story is everywhere. Its like so many things are happening and the plot has gone far from the original. So many new families, so many conspiracies, another betrayal, blackmailing. Its like everything started to run its due course when YJ returned to her family that everyone started moving and all past mysteries are resurfacing. Its like everyone has been idle until she returned which is stupid. They have introduced so many new characters in 5 chapters that i totally don’t remember any of it. Even their back stories. And when i dont recall, it only mean one thing, that the story id mediocre at best as it did not leave an imprint. Im dropping this. Its such a waste of time. A novel wasted bec of the messy, unorganized plot.
Author/editor choice of words is childish.. If you can overlook this point then its quite a good read.
Nice shot good story but too slow should be a little fast
To be honest I was expecting this story to be so much better in the first few chapters but as I kept reading it kept getting worse worse and worse. First off is just how annoyingly nerfed the mc is and author just keeps trying to nerf him more and more, the author keeps on repeating certain issues with the mc which shouldnt even be there anymore. The worst part is the hugeeee amount of useless information dump EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER literally nothing I would read 10 chapters to only get a normal chapter’s worth of good information. I kept trying to give this story a try but as I reached almost chap 60 I just gave up and dont want to waste anymore of my time.
Its an ok story, if the goddamn girlfriend filler chapters were cut out it would be way better. Holy crap sometimes i wonder if the author is obessed with trying to make it seem like young romance. Why does half the chapter have to be texts between the mc and his girl?!?! Jesus Christ he even describes the emojis! You can just look at the chapters name and if it sounds like his girl is a part of it just skip it as nothing interesting happens. This novel is so full of nonsense its not even funny. A sadly watered down story that vividly describes emojis is my final say.
