this story will never complete or come to an end. Dragging and dragging. Looks like an author doesn't know any other story to write or start a new story
Would really like to finish reading it
more chapters please..
The book is so interesting that I can't get bored or became uninterested in following the story.
I loved this book so much. But i also wish that there was more about their kids.
more chapters please
Okay so this plot twist about Master Lu being called ugly by the servants? I literally dropped my phone. Like, the original owner of this body must have been delusional enough to marry this man, but Wen Lan immediately picks up on the red flags. The fact that there are NO PHOTOS in the entire house? That alone should have been a screaming warning sign. And then when Lu Zhixing walks through the door — tall, warm-skinned, delicate features, that red birthmark — and Wen Lan is just standing there processing, my brain was going a million miles an hour. Is he actually ugly by this world's standards? Or is there something else going on? The servants clearly hate him, call him ugly, say only a fool would marry into this family. But then he's peeling oranges for her with this gentle voice, and the daughter calls her mommy like it's the most natural thing in the world. The narrative is playing this beautiful game of misdirection — we keep getting hints that something is deeply wrong with this family setup, but the actual truth is still buried somewhere. And that scene where Lu Zhixing sends Leng Feng to report on Wen Lan's behavior after putting Dudu to sleep? Chills. Absolute chills. He's been playing the long game this whole time, and I have no idea what his endgame is. This author knows how to layer reveals. Every chapter ends on a note that makes you immediately open the next one.
Love this book. I felt so much emotional reading the last few chapters to the end with happy and sad tears all at the same time! Looking forward to reading more of your books!! Thank you!...
