One of his negatives is that the beginning of the story makes the hero look too OP.To have read until the last chapter (78 actually) this is still true .By against the author suggests that in truth it is not not so powerful compared to real power.
I could write several pages on it.
What basically stands out is: -
You have to love amoral MCs (in the style of killing and torturing innocent people to achieve their goals).
-Love the MC Op (at least at the beginning)
-Do not be patriotic (SPOILER: one of the goals of the hero is the world domination because the countries are useless at our time (which is not wrong but hey we do not live in a world of Care Bears)).

The character design is flawed. The MC is one of the best doctors and a modern man, but he agreed to a deal without even assessing the situation first as soon as he heard the salary. Very naive for a genius doctor.
Childish behavior is another problem with the character design. He doesn't act or think like an educated doctor at all.

Rough start for the main character, but he finds ways to adapt. Curious approach to learning for the MC. Still trying to decide how much more of the book that I will read, but think it is worth reading a few chapters to see if the webnovel catches your interest.
Good Vocab, with a nice beginning to the story, can't wait for more updates, updates are also regular. Pacing is managed well as well. Hope the author keeps this up routing for you!!!

Great writing. My only complain is that the chapters is too short. Literally need to wait at least 20 unread chapters in order to get meaningful read.
