Niceee! I'm thrilled to know the plot twist ...️ I hope they will be still in love with each other until the contract ends.
i wish Summer end up with Simmson
I could not put this book down! I cannot wait to get stuck into the others.
Amazing. I want more please.
So far so good looking forward to the next chapters & how the story unfolds
I sincerely hope Bianca won’t get away with murder and when do they get to know that Bianca is a Bastard. Please don’t drag the novel for too long, it is simply one of the best novel I have read. But will loose its fire if you drag it for too long.
very good so far
Amazing book. The author really knows how to capture the readers.
Okay, let's talk about Lu Zhixing because this man is a whole mood and I need to process it. The strawberry scene is absolutely everything. He brings her strawberries, picks one up, holds it to her lips like he's feeding a bird or something equally delicate, and his ears are BRIGHT RED. Bright red. While his face stays perfectly composed. The narration literally says: "pretending nothing was unusual" while every signal screams otherwise. And then Wen Lan—oh, Wen Lan—she does it on purpose. She lets her lips brush his fingers. She says nothing. She just watches him short-circuit. "Her slightly narrowed eyes and the curl of her lips made her look inexplicably mischievous." I LOVE her. She's not having any of his little games and she will absolutely return fire. But then—then the roses. Oh god, the roses. Wen Lan picks mist roses that morning, decides to keep them for herself, plans to give him something more valuable next time. And Lu Zhixing sees them in the vase and his mood literally darkens. "Threads of gloom quietly gathered within them, hidden so deeply that no one could glimpse what lay beneath." He doesn't say anything. He just... absorbs it. And then Wen Wu hands him a rose and he realizes Su Qing also smelled like mist roses. The way he "concealed the flower in his hand" before walking away? That's not jealousy, that's something deeper. That's possession. That's a man who has built an entire emotional fortress and every small thing threatens to crack it. And the daughter—Wen Wu is the most perceptive six-year-old in fiction history. She literally tells her daddy: "I think Mommy picked those flowers for you." And when she asks Wen Lan if she loves Daddy, and Wen Lan freezes... the child turns her back and her topknot literally droops. The author writes: "Even the tiny topknot behind her head seemed to droop." I am not okay. This child sees everything and feels everything and is already heartbroken for reasons she can't articulate. What are these two even doing to each other? They're orbiting like planets that keep missing collision courses.
Let the drama begin!! Alyssa is very vindictive. A sincere and pure heart, Gods fights for!!! Andrew be careful
Likes it good read
