It's a good story. But there is little interaction with others. Even his servent just appear at the time needed as if she appears out of thin air. Except that everything is fine.

Wow, this story is amazing. I have only read a few chapters but I am definitely drawn to the story. My curiosity peek. I have a feeling that the story will definitely worth my time.
Pretty well-executed story for this genre blend. However, it suffers from some issues centered around MC. The MC is required to be realistic by our limited perspective, but by definition, he cannot be realistic in said perspective. The entire world seems centered on our MC and it shows a bit too much. Yet, the beginning doesn’t hint at or support this. In fact, it plays it off as the opposite! … I‘ll briefly describe a result of this conflict: In the beginning, readers think X decision is not realistic but Y decision is fine. Then, as the readers progress their understanding, they look back and adopt the opposite view. Maybe X decision is slightly more justified, but decision Y no longer makes any sense. This conflict batters the reader’s suspension of disbelief and negates the “ah ha” moment of enlightenment. Also, I’ve found little reason to care about any of the characters so far. They seem to be divided into only 2 camps: 1. Unimportant background character 2. The character is smitten/obsessed with the MC This is a common issue with stories following the same themes as this one. Despite these problems, the writing quality is high. It mimics the style of the many translated works on webnovel. As well, the plot and setting are interesting. I’m left feeling that this is a pretty good novel even as I lose interest due to my aversion for harems, god characters, and general fatigue for this writing style/genre pairing. I might yet come back to read more in the future.
Read through about Ch. 105 so far. Great internal consistency in this story, and shockingly, a MC who is actually pretty smart, has a reason and motivation for his actions, and doesn't completely shun help when he needs it. Anyway, MC voluntarily joins a VRMMO death game in order to earn money for an operation (on himself), which gives him essentially a reason to risk his life. The VRMMO is set up into a series of self-contained missions, at the end of which he is sent back into a hub to prepare for the next mission. While theoretically he can log out, essentially he has no life worth speaking of in the real world and he needs to power up quickly to save his life, so for the purposes of the MC's story it's essentially very similar to VRMMOs where characters are trapped in the world. It's a little distressing he doesn't try to powergame and min/max his build given the free availability of a player trading system with very minimal account-bound items, he just kind of rolls with the skills he picked up in his newbie mission despite exponentially increasing costs to level them - despite their exceeding cheapness he hasn't ever bought a single basic skill despite the basic skill level at the lowest level is probably the equivalent of a very highly skilled normal person - basic skill in dagger and sneak has him OHKO assassinating street thugs by the dozen, and basic skill in light arms gives him one-shot headshot mastery of all light firearms. And he's never so much as checked to see what kind of skills he can pick up. Which might be more reasonable, except he's intentionally soloing missions instead of working in teams, so he has enormous skill gaps he doesn't really realize, and there's frankly quite a bit of plot armor that keeps him from being killed outright. For example, in his 3rd mission, he plays mercenary, and just as all the team is about to be poisoned eating a meal, he happens to detect it with a skill he coincidentally picked up in his 1st mission. Which is fine, but there's really no reason he hasn't died in any number of ways from soloing without being a jack-of-all-trades given the game's general unfairness. Or how he picked up a lockpicking skill recently, but up until he got the lockpicking skill, he's never encountered a locked door or chest or cabinet or anything, which is just a non-deadly form of plot armor.There are fun quirks that make the worlds fun; in his 2nd mission, he's basically Sherlock Holmes, and the MC alters his speech accordingly on the theory that playing his assigned character role will make the NPCs act more positively, which appears to be correct although it's not really proven either way. At any rate, the fact that he's essentially shifting to different settings allows the story to keep from getting dull, and the author is quite good at pulling off a variety of settings that feel significantly different.All in all, a well-written, entertaining and refreshingly different take on a VRMMO stat-based quantum-leap style world (apparently this is a sorta established genre in the Chinese webnovel world, but I haven't read others).
I enjoy this story a lot, I get an Assassination Classroom vibe a bit, but you can tell its completely different. Like I hope maybe one day you decide to make a manga this so good, and I am sure it would be popular amongst the anime world if you made a manga out of it. Keep up the amazing work Author~ can't wait to read more chapters!
Guys, most stories have incredibly similar beginnings when they’re the same genre and concept. The factor that matters is the point where it diverges from the rest of the other novels as you progress through the chapters. Most sign in novels have mc’s that are incredibly apathetic to where their from. But as you progress through this story, you’eRr able to understand that the mc is starting to have postive opinions of the continent and has no plans of leaving.It also comes increasingly obvious thtat the library is his ultimate base of operations, and that him cultivating the continent that the library resides in to incredible heights is a sign that he cares about the continent.The way the mc assess that certain bad guys needs to die is generally:1. Have they provoked me and or damaged the continent? If so, kill or capture.2. Are they a potentially great evil if left unattended? Capture it or kill it.3. If they haven’t done anything of the two, do nothing to existing evils outside the continent and stay lowkey to avoid attention from potentially stronger ones.
