After chapter 136. Well, the pace accelerated and is too fast in my opinion, no side arcs and almost no breath in-between (there is but it's skipped in one line and then comes next action). Story is simple so far, somewhat gets repetitive as MC does same routine every cultivation realm (gathering techniques of same realm, upgrading on steroids, then finding his path closed and finding a new one where he will be first given a technique of higher realm).MC finds higher cultivation realms powerful, but once he reaches them, he's like ,,that's it? this is nowhere enough". He can merge techniques like in Way of the Devil. The background sounds similar to some sorcerer novels.. was it A Sorcerer's Journey, where they teleported their whole world to some distant place or another one? Or was it maybe Legendary Mechanic (as well)? Don't remember. Also MTL translated one of the empires as "speaking english".. only once though, sigh.Is this novel good? I think it's above average, but there doesn't seem to be much depth contrary of what I'd expect of a sci-fi novel such as this one. It's readable, MC isn't an idiot. But there are some plot holes, the pace is rushed.

Initial impression is that it reminds me of The Legendary Mechanic, only the reincarnated player is the summoned beast of an NPC instead of the NPC themselves. Hopefully this change means that there will be, comparatively, more character interaction and supported character growth instead of the MC being a lone wolf that everyone close to him is trying to catch up with and everyone on his level is trying to make use of him. I'm looking forward to seeing if it can live up to my expectations
Still reading the beginning chapters, tragic is just a little word to express the story. Heartbreaking. Tried really hard to suppress my tears. So far it's more close to reality, a practical story, but I'm waiting for the twist in upcoming chapters. gonna add it to my library for later. keep up the good work.
As the name suggests.. the book is about a cold and calclulative characters rise to power. While he doesn't go out of his way to commit evil.. he is known to be brutal towards anyone who tries to harm him.
Its a refreshing character build that seems more in tune with reality. Highly recommend.
Great book, great writing and superb character development. The journey we experience along with the MC from the baby arc in the beginning through the academy arc. The book stays consistent with writing and develops the world beautifully. We experience the MC gradually develop into what is considered a healthy and fulfilled person while also searching for meaning to his existence. 5 stars all day long

In fact, the concepts and motifs that DemotivatedSloth represents within his novel proves that only one who has ascended to the level of a pure literary genius would be able to comprehend the absolute depth of his work.
Most particularly, the reader receives quite a deep emotional blow after reading about the "babies" in Chapter Two. DemotivatedSloth presents the first challenge to the main character with the symbolic babies which absolutely represent certain values such as the cycle of life and human incapability or weakness. By introducing said babies, the value of the work raises to a whole other level of new insight. These babies could be considered as the most incredible part of the novel so far.

Very interesting, MC moves into new world that has both lower level of tech/knowledge (still modern) and martial arts. Has an unreasonable healing factor from unknown reason from beginning and studies physics to further his electric based martial art practice. Highly recommend.
The writing style is good as well as the character development. The male lead has an air of arragance and haughtiness. I am waiting to see how his character develops in the upcoming chapters. I hope to see an improvement in him.
