Didnt they use this cover art in The Empress's Gigolo? Everyone was like Wtf that cant be Ren Baqian he's supposed to be average looking LOL. It was a funny sh*tstorm until it got changed to it's current cover art of The Empress in black armor instead of her classic red.

Anyway was the cover art originally this novels and they used it wrong or is it like a generic handsome guy art they use as a temporary?

MC is just dumb and basically a pussy. If I would read a novel I would definitely read one with an MC with much better character traits than this one.

For now, I really liked the first 60 chapters ! Hoped I can read the following chapter soon ! The story seems good so far and easily read through
