Ptui! This author's style is all about selling his integrity for immediate cheap thrills. Everything is retconned as soon as possible, even his body shape. It even happens from paragraph to paragraph; he'll clearly use a technique to boost his damage and then the next sentence he'll say "he didn't even use a technique!" Tangentially related, the name of the novel is Permanent Martial Arts, but the MC avoids martial arts like the plague. It's all just punching as hard as he can with no respect for martial arts. Only with the most dismissive and cynical eye could someone say that martial arts is only about punching hard. There's even some exposition about how martial arts is more than just hitting hard and then he continues to just do that.
World background is pretty cool, it'd probably be like a 4 if it wasn't inconsistent. Superman exists as a fictional character. There are westerners and Asians despite it not being Earth. Technology is all over the place; it's just advanced until it's not for impact reasons.
Character design is okay. I like the romance because it's so muted and feels kind of real. It's very reasonable for young people to not even know why they like each other. Specifically, it's nice to see other people have relationships. I actually don't mind harem novels, but my problem with them is usually only the MC can get all the best girls. It's great to see an MC with friends and that those friends have their own lives.
Translation quality isn't bad. It's very readable with only some minor issues.

Boring novel, mc behaviour is dumb. Interactions are are very bad. A lot of cringe moments. Novel feels like it's written my an amateur with lack of imagination.
I really tried to sit here and give the book a chance like the chara is really lame but it’s easy to ignore how he acts, I just can’t continue after his comments about the type of servants he will be having like really it’s annoying when they are just surrounded by straight women.

I've rated this novel based on author's other novel,will update in the future.
This novel is set in the same universe as
"villain cultivator"(one of the best novels on this site), its based on a cat diety (according to the author). now as the intro said the vrmmo isn't a game its an actual universe and players just transferred there(yes, the players can revive unlive the "NPCs"). Though the quest system and NPC favourablity works in a very different way,after they are NPC just in name. One more thing, even though it most probably won't affect this novelif you don't read it, i would recommend you to check out villain cultivator. adios
simply op, any other novel with op mc feels nerfed TOO slow paced and weak against this mighty author's op mc ,man they should really learn what op is, from the author here .i cant even seem to continue reading other novels with op mc tags they don't feel like op at all ,i have tried many ,CAN ANY OF U GUYS RECOMMEND ME SOME NOVELS WITH SATISFYING OP MC IF ITS EVEN 50% AS GOOD AS THIS OP AUTHOR'S I WILL PRAY U LIVE TO READ MORE STORIES AS SUCH(just a random soul who wants to read some good op mc stories)

It started out very good but around chapter 80 the story just gets nonsensical and directionless. There is no goal or reason for the things that the MC does. He for example helps some human because that human has heard of a legend that MAYBE there is a way to help is parents and for that reason alone he goes on a suicide and the MC who doesn't even know the guy or has any connection and has way more important things to do during that time, for no reason suddenly decides to risk everything and follows and carries that guy and constantly risks his life just so they can go to even more dangerous areas of a pocked dimension.
