this author has a talent for turning jerk characters into ones I end up loving, not just the main characters either though she's done it twice with Riley and now Aeon, but also with supporting characters... I won't ruin the plot by telling you who redeems themselves. Just know someone does just that

the descriptions are particularly good. I think Kade is very unique in his descriptions. I wouldn.t mind a full novel through his eyes. however I think he is too docile. Also I am baffled how unrealistic it is for someone who has been treated the way Elle has to not have any emotional scars. Gods
I was really into the start of the book and then it just drug out. I like the first three a lot better than this one. I could not handle how drug out it was.
