Read this if you like the feeling of reading a dragon ball z boss fight style story from the pacing right of the bat. Backflashes are really long too.Anyway, the main time line of the world see about 30 days of time progression in 1700 chapters...
Once I picked up this book, I didn't stop reading it. The development, the plot, the characters, everything about this book is amazing. I'm completely hooked, good job to the translators and the authors. Thank you for all your hard work.Though, some arcs maybe be slow and not as interesting, I'm completely in love with the characters. The transition between the gaming world and the real world is fluid, it doesn't feel awkward at all. Honestly, I could write so much more but I don't want it to be too lengthy. Just give this book a chance, especially if you're a MMORPG fanatic. So much shameless in here ????.
Just read to ch 7, when he retreat against goblin scout. I think it's better if it was jin that got izrot memories about cultivation. Since i think he is just like a noob that got new toy. Why would he struggle so hard against a gob scout? I know the game mechanics nerfed his skill at damage output since it's stat based. But, he got ton of experience, skill and many cultivation techniques. Why would he just literally naked roam around the world.? Experience means battle sense, he could easily predict and calculate movement even with nerfed body. Skill??? He just create one skill and satisfied with it. Really? He can creates many skill for many purposes and situations, but..... Huft.
Have you ever wished to be struck by lightning to be given the most op eye ever? Well me either but it happened to our very cold and detached mc here who is a cultivating maniac. This is a great novel and it starts of kinda slow but the development gets faster and the story leaves you wanting more like an addict. *scratches body all over* you got anymore of them chapters ~(〇_ｏ)~
Honestly I genuinely enjoy this trial novel out of all the recent trash copypaste, there is no system aspect to the progression and it fits the theme of an immortal magus, the main character appears to have the ability to plan for the future and consider the sutainability of his actions, as of chapter 35 the main character also does not appear to be a simp for every woman that he sees nor is he an emotionless machine, he has friends but avoids letting them get too close since he is aware of the fact that he does not age and it will only hurt him in the future watching them grow old while he remains unaffected by the passage of time.In addition I enjoy the magic system of the novel, there exists quantitative mental strength for a magic weilder to be able to percieve their surroundings and manipulate the world through their will via basic telekinesis, however in addition there exists spells of levels 0,1,2,3,etc which are much more powerful for their worth but are more limited in applications, i can see a future power dynamic involving a mixture of pure mental manipulations coupled with spellcasting as a form of magic which may be interesting. Thus far we have not seen the qualitative change in a magic user's power after a breakthough, however I am hoping that the path of power in the novel does not replicate warlock of the magus world and other novels in which the main character is forced to choose a permanent spell that cannot be changed later since I dislike such things out of personal preference, though if executed well then it can still be interesting.I hope to see the main character playing more defensively like Han Jue since it makes sense to prioritise self protection when you an immortal with infinite lifespan fight a mortal with finite lifespan thus your losses upon death are infinitely greater than your foe's. Since the mc is untalented I can absolutely see a future where he is incredibly cautious avoiding conflict whereever possible. Top tier thus far

Interesting update!! Agree that there needs to be more details!! Why did the Wisp lead Rae where it did? Thinking that the area it led her to is a part of the Fae world that has died and those creatures were Fae! And why were they taking her? I knew Atlas would come to the rescue.
