The fact that this novel was hard for me to find shows how bad Webnovel’s book promotion system is. They constantly try to get to read terrible books that have a trillion bad reviews but then never reccomend me books that are good like this one.
Although I don’t have the time or patience for a full review, this book is a truly well made book, especially for this site. The concept is unique and interesting, the characters are generally well thought out and the MC eventually starts to move away from constantly relying on the system. I also like how the MC doesn’t just know the absolute best path for everything and is kinda dumb at times, because it makes it a little more relatable and interesting.
Anyways, give the book a try if you haven’t already!

I gave it a try after reading comments below...and I completed more than 240 chapter...God, it's super slow paced...Unnecessary Tournament arc for more than 70 chapters. Author tried to squeeze and stretch the story in every aspect that he could... I read so many novels and this one made top list for being slow paced and awfully dragging MC's power level up and creating problems for his level ups. And none of u can understand my frustration until u read the story.But hey, it's my opinion and it should not cloud your anticipation to read go awry...
A very interesting novel. I expected the usual ”mysterious game” done by some powerful strong alien organization kinda stuff but was surprised to see that it is focused on Real Life. A very interesting and unique novel.

Well, the story is undeserving of the rank 4. The translation quality is good and the stability of updates is pretty good as well but anything other than that is not good. The plot is monotonous basically what happens is Mc signs in gets heaven defying skills, instantly comprehends them also gets items to improve cultivation and an enemy comes out of nowhere to force the mc to appear and remind people that he exists. Literally nothing else happens. The characters are are nothing extraordinary. Only the cat is somewhat interesting and everyone else is just typical Xianxia template. The world building well is there even any world building here.
When I read this, I got the same vibe as "The Elementalist". But I don't mean the plot is the same. It's totally different. What gives the same vibes is the mc; an ordinary man with a hidden extraordinariness. I really loves this type of mc.

The novels protagonist isn't likable from the start which isn't a good sighn even if the story is good later on a unlikable mc that leaves a bad taste in your mouth is quite a red flag for me sorry qidian has picked quite uninteresting novels atleast for me if you guys like it great for you just not my cup of tea

The novel has so many plot holes and is written by an author who clearly has no idea what an MMO is. Hunters don’t need dexterity? Main stat is strength? Need to put points in loyalty just to make their summons work?
Also, all the people reviewing the novel saying how investigative the MC is...the only reason the MC is like that because he lacks all common sense. The MC will go, “Wow, a crossbow?” even though he is playing a ranged class. It’s all just the author padding words.
This novel is complete garbage, and all bad reviews being deleted just further proves that.
