First thing's first, this is a gender-bender, but not in the traditional sense where a male turns into a female or vice versa. Instead the MC switches between the two throughout the plot but the main perspective is still female which is why it's in the female lead voting pool.
Second, the genre. I do not understand why Webnovel categorizes this as Magical Realism, it has nothing to do with that. If anything, this is more of a slice of life with a romance subplot. The focus is on humor [though sometimes that doesn't translate that good over the languages but I shall try my best].
Please give this a vote because it is truly one of a kind [at least at the time I am writing this "review"].
