Very good story, loved it!
I lost interest because it needs editing
This is a great book.
Loving this story! I look forward to regular updates and can’t wait to see where things go.
This is intriguing. I just started, I can't wait to see how things unfold with Leila
The story is amusing and an easy read, which I thoroughly enjoy. Although some parts feel rushed, it's still a delightful experience. I couldn't help but laugh every time the main character (ML) became envious watching the MC have fun without him. It's a heartwarming tale with a happy ending, although it might have been a bit hurried. Nonetheless, I'll not dwell on that since it served as a light read for me.
The translation is fantastic. I particularly loved the scene where MC, while shopping in Paris with the ghostly ML grumbling about her two-faced nature, unintentionally calls out "Sinian, look at the double rainbow!" Their reactions were priceless, showing that despite his death, she's developed genuine feelings for him. Another touching moment was when MC, tipsy, kept addressing ML as if he were still around, even asking him to turn off the lights or go take a bath before bed. It's truly endearing.
I am incredibly grateful to the translators for their hard work, bringing this story to completion. Special thanks to centinni for seeing it through! Well done, everyone!
This novel offers a refreshing take, as the main character (MC) isn't an overpowered hero. He's a regular college student who accidentally finds himself in ancient China with no prior knowledge of the era. This realism is appealing because, realistically speaking, most people wouldn't possess any expertise upon being transported to the past. The MC's lack of pre-existing knowledge makes him relatable and grounded, as he embodies the experience of a common individual.
The plot also delves into political intrigue and conspiracies, which adds depth without being overwhelming. It's not every day that we come across a story where someone navigates such complexities, making it engaging and thought-provoking.
In summary, I highly recommend this book for those seeking a cute, lighthearted romance with a touch ofBL (Boy's Love) elements. It's easy to follow and won't tax your intellect (?✨). Give it a 5-star rating!
Well, if you have high standards i wouldn't recommend you this novel, but read the first few chapters to decide.
Mc is sadistic
Idk, I read it like 3 years ago, so there's bound to be some distortion in how I remember it. I do remember that it was one of the first hardcore webnovels I'd read, and I was really surprised by the uniqueness of it. I think that coupled with how long ago I read it really makes me feel like that was a great novel. However if you don't like it, that's completely fine.
Overview :
Post apocalyptic world where monster are all over the world and humans try to fight it. It's very science fiction. Like imagine a regular cultivation xianxia story and just make it sci-fi. MC is a genius (on earth). Gets good opportunity and it turns out he's only a genius on earth. In the world view of things he's like dime a dozen. A regular problem with these kinda of novels is power creep. Things get scaled up to fast too quick. Half the stuff the MC gets isn't used. However the world building is definitely good. The different worlds part of it was really interesting. That's about it, without spoiling much.
Why author's update are so slow? It has already been a month since I have been waiting for new chapters. Can anyone tell me how I have to wait for updates?
So, is this novel worth reading?
