The story is fast paced but not rushed, have a unique start different from other novel out there. Besides from bad grammar this novel has a lot potential in it. The character development is pretty good like how the mc adapt with the situation is not same, he will learn from mistakes.The romance is a bit rushed but pretty decent.
Ok, I finished reading this in raws and the story gets really bad in the second half. It has around 350 chapters and the first 150 are pretty good and seem to be gearing up to become a 1000 chapter novel, but after 200 you start to notice problems. There's a lot of nationalism involved and it was hard to sit through even though I'm used to it at this point. Then after 250, the pacing starts getting really bad and entire plot points set up before are discarded or brushed through casually. Important characters forgotten, author rushes to end the story in one of the worst endings I've seen and I say this having read all kinds of bad endings over the years.I can see why this is pretty popular right now because the first half is decent, but the latter half was terrible.

Nor ur average fantasy novel either on an whole differential level i mean the blood and gore and violence here is not 4 little kids kids i meant Newbs and **** otakus stay away you'll obviously read anyway though but be warned it will make you cry and vomit like ur in the book itself and people u can feel were one is coming from too hes been thru alot but seriously he need an woman to complete the mature vibe at least i want ONE(ONE Is The MC Name) to go berserk and kill all on the battlefield like an machine human hybrid god!!
I am revising my review thanks to popcornlol who confirmed this was completed (not hiatus, as I had thought before after finishing it). This one is a very short novel with only 101 chapters, and at the end of book, it leaves you wanting the author to tie up the loose ends. Our MC had just won the national soccer championships when he has to transfer schools. One of his old friends also decide to transfer. Anyways, the team on the new school is relatively bad, and the first part of the book is focused on shaping it up through matches to make it competitive. There's the usual trope of the pretty team manager, and the unexpected wins against public expectations. I was hoping for something like the old anime/manga "Hungry Heart" with regard to how an underdog shocks the nation, but it definitely isn't as good.

I'm utterly disappointed that I read this and wasted my money...Sorry can't give you 5 stars you're making the female lead brainless and always prone to kidnapping and accidents. I can't recommend this story for others to read...very depressing and not inspiring!
Such a good book and intriguing story… I love the different take on vamps too.
