This was an utterly amazing book! It kept me on the edge of my seat and I fell in love with the characters. The author did a really good job of representing minorities without playing in to classic stereotypes. While I do wish the author developed the main villain a bit more at the end, overall it was a fantastic read and I highly recommend it.

Definitely a top tamer/cultivation novel that I’m looking forward to watching grow. Not enough chapters to really binge yet. I think it’ll have great appeal once it gains a few 100 chapters. Main character has a lot going on development wise, author seems like he’s focusing his skill set so he is more defined. The tamer element feels more added in than a main part of the story, but he seems to be working on that too. Not really any bad here, it’s worth a read.
I have to say that this is one amazingly well written story with a rich degree of detail and a most entertaining and unusual main character of an elderly female engineer getting immersed into a virtual game world. The author has crafted something quite breathtaking here and now that I've read up to the most recent chapter after binging from the start I will be anxiously awaiting each new chapter release.
The good-for-nothing cultivator is a romance-cultivation story between Lu Qingyun and Qin Keqin. He is a first realm cultivator while she is a seventh realm cultivator with a mysterious past. Read how Lu Qingyun cultivates from a lowly cultivator to a monstrous genius cultivator as he tries to impress the love of his life. TGFNC is a light story. There won't be lots of killings *roll eyes* or flying cultivators (basically, it is more down to earth) and closer to Xianxia than Xuanhuan.
