as of writing this there are only 5 chapters so I'll update later. but the initial character development is great. there are a couple of characters that seem iffy but looks like their still defined. the world hasn't been explained yet but if seems modern dayish and mythology is generally fact. it's more myths like today.
Amazing first 19 Chapters. We have growing world tension and world building (the mystery surrounding the changes in the past millenia is rife with conspiracy). Although our MC is Chinese he immediately dons his character’s name…major plus for acclimating to his ”new” environment. Translation quality is also superb.Hmm…No annoying characters (yet), a compelling overarching mystery driving the plot forward, and a decent MC (hopefully he gets more development when he interacts with his old companions)…5 Stars. ?
Lovely webnovel, lots of references that are explained and described in ways that overtly yet also elegantly fit the world.My biggest grip, like every other person, is the Hiatus and possible droppage by the translator, especially considering I accidentally dropped this novel Years back at chapter 710 and forgot I had read to this point so seing the 718 chapters exited me until I hot to chapter 700, read the part I had read before and then checked and realised it hasn't been updated in nearly 2 years.The best part will always be the world building for me and not just including the various references but also tbe interaction with the system interface, npc interactions and the separate servers having their own advantages and disadvantages and would get smoothened after getting access to the Specialties of other servers.But nothing really offsets the hatred I feel, at the world in general not the author, that its been nearly 2 years without a word

Good idea, bad execution is really all you need to know, but you may like it if you read it, it isn't horrific or anything, and some people have reviewed that they love it, although I think I may need to check the authenticity of those reviews......

I really like this storyline but I'm very sorry to say that I have to convince myself after every chaper to continue with it.
English isn't my mother tongue either and I don't dare to say that my English is perfect but after almost 80 ch. there is simply no improvement regarding the grammar and this is really bothering me.
That novel has the potential to climb up in the rankings if the grammar is fixed.
I have read this book since a week after it was out and honestly it changed for the better greatly in terms of fixing chapters for mistakes. And also the author working hard pumping 2/3 chpts a day.

This review is not a part of review keep remember, although I try some new stuff but this game this is newest of all. Other the opening few errors that are also negligible when we look forward and reach next chapter, the smoothness with which story is described is something I dream of. Char and world are developing with a calculated pace and so the story.

It was pretty good as a light-hearted comedy. Didn’t work too well as an action novel. Some jokes landed on me and made me laugh a bit, but some just weren’t funny to me. I’m at about the part where the MC takes over the gang. The action isn’t well described, but there wasn’t much to begin with. It’s all fine and dandy, but I’ve just read something like that so many times its just become bland to me. I can’t really say much else. It wasn’t executed especially well, or especially terrible. It was just average. Grammar and the like is near perfect, and story flows naturally. Synopsis is slightly clickbait, but that’s alright since it was entertaining nonetheless. One thing that bothers me is the lack of MC’s progress. His power level doesn’t increase at all from chp 1-50, and all he does is redeem some non-lethal skills. Although power progression isn’t the main focus of the novel, I feel like it should be important. With the current power progression, I feel like the story could go on for much longer than I would expect.
