MC is almost completely braindead. He could have solved every problem he has simply by cultivating at home for a couple weeks instead of immediately throwing himself into a lawless area full of strong people.

How does this novel irritate me? MC is stupid and slow. He is hailed as a genius but does not use his skills in battle. An overrated novel. He doesn't level up after getting the Mythic Helmet, but is a waste of time. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. The novel is extremely long. for a drop of the plot, a whole sea of useless information.

This book is gonna have some serious competition. I hope author treats the world as a real world and the 'ex' NPCs like humans or monsters... Or whatever their species is. MC acting like the whole world is his gameboard is outdated and well, impossible.
Since ppl are real can we have proper effects of The Butterfly Theory and also his affect on timeline. His every action will suposedly be against the actual plot. So please... Give us some plot clashes and unexpected events.

Honestly. I'm just disappointed at this point. Why is it so hard to find a fantasy book that doesn't have much romance or Chinese propaganda... or both. 10/10 idea, 9/10 writing, but the irony of them blindly praising how good China's total military control is at containing virus's at the beginning of the book is so funny I cried. Like they were really praising total government control to the high heavens, as well as just throwing random stuff in about how China is better for like literally no reason. The amount of propaganda just increases the more you read, I just want to read every night to ease my social anxiety, not be indoctrinated to random ego-centric authors with Chinese propaganda.

I love this author just don't dig the story I can feel its not really that different from alot of the other wuxia I read. Kid wants power for justice. Well technically justice is whatever the strong say it is. But no he wants true justice even though from my point of view the country hes in needs a purging of evil first meaning a massacre. But from reading he won't be able to accomplish that with his unorthodox very low power not till like chapter 1000. Which I don't plan to invest that much time into this. To tell you the truth this author in my opinion is the master of the short but addictive story both the spiderman and the naruto fanfic where amazing this story just seem not special enough. I also liked the dbz one.
