love this story
The level of consistent abuse against Deidre is hard to swallow in some of these chapters. Brendan is really blind to the point it makes no rational sense. Deidre deserves better regardless if their marriage was stripped away because of charlene's lies, Brendan should have behaved like that.
Love this series. Wish we could read more at the time. But I love this story.
