I am... disappointed. I’m at chapter 573. I haven’t seen him properly teach his students other than a pep talk about life. He either uses Soul Imprint or it gets skimmed over. I don’t even know what rank his students are for over a hundred chapters. There is so much potential in his student’s background that the MC OBVIOUSLY can tell but doesn’t do anything. DON’T get me STARTED on his choices with system knowledge. He has had multiple rewards that he could choose the knowledge he recieves. He never chose something to help his LITERALLY DYING students. The time emblems. The Fking Time emblems. My god are they op, But that’s not what I care about. It’s how he hasn’t Spam bought them from the store and used it to get knowledge. He could have used it to learn spirit runes and save Jiang Cheng, HIS STRONGEST STUDENT AT PEAK CONDITION MIND YOU, by chapter 100. Yet, he uses it on nonsense like The Great Formless Divine Art which he KNOWS is the literal PEAK INHERITANCE of one of the NINE GREATS. He is going to die by using it, yet he focuses on it over his insanely other far more OP manuals. And the system. The system, ah. We have such great heart to heart moments with it, then it talks about killing the MC if he can’t complete a task. The author only obviously puts something like that in as pressure, but it completely ruins the story. It simply means the MC is forced to do what the system sets up, or he legitimately dies. He has no freedom to choose his future. It basically tells us EXACTLY how the story ends. He either dies - or the school reaches the Nine Greats. I also hate when the system compares him to past hosts. Just recently we had an inner system monologue that had the system say that the MC is in the top 5 of its past hosts. Sorry author, as readers, he will be the best. So why the h*ll would you write that? Like actually though? The system has potential in the way it shows emotions, yet that gets thrown out the window when it talks of killing the host. It’s a parasite. A massive potential ruined by cliché writing. A disappointment. P.S. WHY TF HASN’T THE MC SPENT 50k POINTS ON TIME EMBLEMS AND USED THEM ON THE DIVINE SIGHT? HE CAN SAVE ALL OF HIS STUDENTS IF HE CAN SEE THEIR TRUE CONDITIONS. PAPAYA GIRL IS A LITERAL GOD BUT THE SYSTEM RATES HER AT EXTEMELY LOW POTENTIAL BECAUSE YOU DON’T LEVEL ITTTTTT. P.P.S. Screw the potential ratings. They ruin the story. Lu Zhurou obviously has something special going on but is rated to be extremely low. It’s obvious, yet the system rates it as so. Jiang Chen is ruined by spirit runes and was rated Low. It’s something obviously fixable. Yet, his POTENTIAL is low. Stupid BS. I’M angry. Novel has such amazing potential.

TLDR: MC is way too OP and there doesn't seem to be much room for plot or character development. As well, MC doesn't seem to have any character motivation.
To be honest, I've only read three chapters, but I don't understand how there is going to be much character development in the future. How is the MC going to get stronger if he is already OP? Maybe because I read an IET novel recently but I feel like this book needs to present more challenges to the MC. Instead of giving MC a genius and repairing said genius' whatever root, wouldn't it be better if there is a less charitable system, or no system at all, and MC has to get strength himself and go out to find disciples and repair his reputation. This type of book seems somewhat interesting to me, but if MC gets everything from the start then it'll be way too boring. Also, the MC doesn't seem to have any reason for character development. If the MC was not reincarnated, but instead like the son of some sect elder or something, and felt emotional attachment to the sect, it would probably be more interesting. And instead of "enemies" the sect had one main enemy, MC, who has emotional attachment to the sect, would try to target this enemy.

In general it is a good novel, but there are several things that I do not like. I know it has a slow development, but it is too much. In other novels the MC would have already accepted that he is no longer in his world and that now he needs to learn a new common sense, instead of meddling in annoying matters. For this there would be a small event that would encourage him to improve, but in this novel he just takes it back, making the story heavier because it can feel repetitive. I mean, there were already several things that would have made a normal person seriously rethink whether with a normal mentality they could survive, but in this case the MC prefers to stay the same thinking that everything is going to change without him doing something. I can bear that at first he is a fearful crybaby, but that at this point he has not gotten angry one bit with the cause of everything is an idiot, honestly. I understand that he represses himself, but unless it is Gandhi, I do not understand why he does not have a bit of violent reactions to several important things and only worries about small things. These are all the complaints that I have managed to find so far, if I have more I will leave them in the comments.

These pilots are a evil thing, they out these interesting novels here without any chapter and don't even have the heart to leave the raw so we could go there read.
the fact that it wasnt necessary to constantly challange the MCs actions, and that out of the 4 developed characters in the story so far, all of them are independant,unpredictable and intelligent so far, is justification enough that this novel is better than nearly everything in the past month. it also has an actual translator.
first 20 chapters, has comedy elements, scheming, politics, no action as of yet, the mc isnt ur japanese haram mc, system doesnt seem overly OP, refreshingly every chapter isnt about what level people are or cultivation info
