yes but each chapter is divided into countless (+15) which enormously increases the total number of chapters
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!
I enjoy characters like this with any main character! They're confident, not weak, and don't hold back to prolong misunderstandings. They're lazy yet hardworking and incredibly talented.
Edit: Oh, did I mention that the main character is well-versed in martial arts? And he's skilled with weapons too! He's awesome!!
I must admit, I was genuinely intrigued by the direction of the story up until Chapter 7. However, when the Sword Saint's inability to recognize and recruit a talented young prodigy for training was revealed, it seemed like a major letdown. It's no wonder his fate was different in the previous timeline – he came across as incredibly oblivious. Additionally, Stella's comments and the flow of the conversation felt forced and unnatural.
If this is the author's writing style, I'm afraid my expectations for an engaging plot have significantly diminished. I might give it another one or two chapters on the off chance it improves, but I doubt I'll see the story through to the end. At least the translators are doing a decent job, though.
I read the original Ver without借助机器翻译, so I won't comment on the translation. The prose flows smoothly in general.
What I liked:
There were some genuinely touching moments, such as the baby's curiosity about his absent father or the main character shielding her child from paparazzi due to their fear of the overwhelming crowd. It was quite heartwarming, although it didn't bring tears to my eyes personally.
The romance wasn't the highlight, but there were a few instances that evoked a sense of being overwhelmed with sweetness.
What I disliked:
I couldn't help but question how the main character could have such a natural talent and become famous so quickly. Even her husband, the movie emperor, had to work hard to achieve that status.成名在娱乐界并非易事。虽然作者提到她进步神速,但我觉得这部分描写略显轻描淡写。
Additionally, before becoming an actress, she was a musician. Why couldn't the author stick to that? Saying she knows multiple instruments is one thing, but to claim she excels at them all, including being a master at most, seems unrealistic. The author seems to imply that playing the piano, violin, and having vocal skills are the epitome of elegance. While the violin is a fine instrument, it's frustrating to see it portrayed as the only one capable of showcasing her musical prowess.
The repetitive cliche scenes were tolerable, but the constant repetition became tiresome. The main character's story felt too effortless, including her quick recovery from scandal.
The only reason I finished the novel was to see the ending. If you're looking for a sentimental romance with child elements but also filled with annoying and underdeveloped aspects, then this might be your cup of tea. Otherwise, there are better options out there. Apologies for the lengthy review.
The given string appears to be a random combination of letters without any clear meaning or pattern when translated directly into English. It does not have a specific English interpretation. If you meant it to be a word or phrase that should be encrypted or scrambled, please provide more context or the intended transformation. Otherwise, it remains as "Ycyftsyfyyv" in its original form.
"My Wife, The Ice Queen President" is a thought-provoking novel that deftly weaves together elements of political intrigue, personal relationships, and societal expectations. The story revolves around a character who, at first glance, appears cold and unapproachable, much like an ice queen. However, as the narrative unfolds, it delves into the complexities of power, ambition, and the sacrifices one makes to maintain their position.
The protagonist's dual identity - a public figure and a private individual - creates a compelling tension, forcing readers to question the thin line between the two worlds. The author masterfully explores themes of gender dynamics, leadership, and the impact of public life on personal relationships. Through the protagonist's journey, the novel serves as a commentary on the human condition, revealing the vulnerability beneath the polished exterior of power.
What sets this book apart is its ability to balance humor with depth, allowing readers to laugh at the absurdities of politics while empathizing with the protagonist's struggles. Ultimately, "My Wife, The Ice Queen President" is not just a tale of a woman navigating the corridors of power, but a nuanced portrayal of the complexities that define us all, as we strive to find balance in our lives and relationships.
In a world where leadership is often reduced to stereotypes, this novel reminds us that even the most formidable leaders are products of their humanity, flawed and relatable, just like the rest of us. It encourages readers to look beyond the headlines and delve into the emotional landscapes of those who wield influence, reminding us that even the coldest of ice queens may have a heart of gold.
Entertaining read, the plot is a bit too good to be true, you get second change directly without have to be responsible for your early mistake, humm...But anyway, overall an enjoyable sweet lovely reading.
the first novel i am finished
its very intrusting
love story is very good
Where can I find the manwha of this, I lost it
