"He's talked to me, well sort of. You told me he's indecisive so that doesn't mean much, and if it does mean something it doesn't hold much weight," I said, making her turn to me as she hummed before looking away.
"With you and your mother here with me, we're finally freed from the responsibilities of nobles."
"You lie." A strange pink glow filters through her glasses.
She had everything she could had wished for.

That night would be the first time Bennox would meet Owen. Having been saved by a boy not much older than himself he instantly became attached to Bennox. Following him everywhere and even learning some stealing skills as well. Though it wasn't often Owen sometimes showed kindness unbefitting someone growing up in the slums. Feeding a stray pet with his rations, helping a little girl who was starving and even bracing danger to protect Bennox. It was hard to not find him lovable. Eventually they became as close as family and Bennox devised a plan before they entered the Academy. Owen would be the blade and Bennox would be the hilt that handles the blade.
With all my strength I could muster, I pushed the stones into each crack and hole, which they fit perfectly in, and tried every single key until I found the one.
"Child... let me take over one... one more time you will not regret it." Hissed the voice as she heavily panted. "No! Do not listen to her! She will devour your soul!" Sakura yelled. A small, faint light appeared before her eyes, Sakura grinned as she took one more step forward.
