In Himmond, life and death walk side by side. A continent ravaged by a never ending war against the demonic races. Creatures coming from dungeons eons old, hiding underneath.
Standing against those fell creatures, men and women wielding weapons blessed by the gods, became the shield of humanity. Known as Slayers, they defended humanity from demonic hordes throughout the ages. The last of the great hero's was such a Slayer, who sacrificed his own life to seal away the dungeons from where such taint escaped.
Now, the seals grow weaker and once more the fell beasts are able to torment the continent. Luckily the Slaying Order took arms once again and stands between humanity and its extinction. But their numbers are dim and the hordes seem unending. The casualties of war, sparked the fire in the hearts of great deal of youngsters.
Aedan Thorn, is such a youngster. Having its family slaughtered in the last wave and possessing a burning hatred against the monsters, he decided to become a Slayer to put an end to this war. But will he? Fate is a strange thing... A strange thing indeed.
