Why is this book not completed!!?
There is seriously something wrong here. I can feel it.
the first quarter is yeah, then it gets worse but you think that its a trough and that the plot picks back up, and by the time you realize its a nosedive you are too invested and will spite read it and HATE the incredibly scuffed ending
The translation is abysmal. I'm not ungrateful by nature, and I can tolerate some subpar translations that others might overlook. But this... it's practically unreadable. I skimmed through, and I估计至少看了三十多章内容混乱的唠叨。
I'm incredibly eager to share my thoughts because after reading the released chapter on NovelUpdates, I couldn't resist diving ahead. My assessment? A solid 5 out of 5 stars. As an avid reader of reincarnation and transmigration stories, this tale holds a deeper meaning. Our protagonist, after defeating the demon king and reincarnating, has a significant mission to fulfill in this world. It's not just about avoiding the heroines' attempts to eliminate him; I might have hinted at it, though.
Although labeled as "psychological," I believe the story will also delve into tragedy and drama, given how the characters reveal more than meets the eye. However, my understanding of their backgrounds is limited due to the ongoing translation from Korean to English.
Nonetheless, I highly recommend giving this story a chance. The plot progresses steadily, and the dynamic main character, along with the intriguing heroines, initially piqued my interest. So, give it a go – you won't be disappointed!
Primarily, the novel is indeed well-crafted, with commendable translation, grammar, and storytelling. However, it's the protagonist's constant state of vulnerability that bothers me – he's portrayed as an ICU patient, bleeding and gravely ill throughout each chapter. The surrounding female characters' reactions, whether guilt or resentment, only serve to exacerbate the gloomy atmosphere. It's akin to witnessing a fish struggling helplessly out of its element, leading to a deeply disheartening reading experience.
Idk man. I saw some comments raving about this novel so I gave it a chance. 50+ chapters in, I can’t continue. Compared to other magic / magus/magic novels this MC seems dense and edgy with a lot of plot convenience. Also, never really liked MC’s shouting out their spells to cast them.
Unless someone wishes to claim that this novel improves by a whole lot, (which doesn’t seem to be the case gauging off of the more critical reviews,) I’m dropping this novel.
Most of the time I don't even read the tags, just the synopsis, and I was looking for one in the style of Anthony from Chrysalis
older love interest? reverse rape? bdsm? count me in! ??
Fleeting time is so annoying, i like customer service number 94 than him!!!
Based from the summary alone I would say this is trash
The ending was a little sudden but nonetheless funny and felt true to their unusual and random personalities. At least that’s my take for Yuri lol
