The writing is pretty good, the story is okay until you get past like 110 chapters, after that point it kinda feels like he put little thought into what was going into it only trying to make it look complex and mysterious. This personally made me disappointed in the story.

The storytelling is exceptional, with a perfect pacing, relatable characters, and deep emotions. The romance develops gradually, not relying on clichéd instant connections. The protagonist's transformation from an aloof observer to a genuine participant in the story is commendable.
Our main character (MC) is multi-dimensional, grappling with his past on Earth and adapting to the alien world. His intelligence and the fact that his skills are a result of both Earth and interstellar knowledge make him intriguing.
The revelation of his transmigration and its connection to the author adds depth to the plot. The MC's facial paralysis has a logical explanation, and the male lead (ML) empathizes with his character evolution.
I adore the slow-burning romance that blossoms between them, filled with subtle gestures and heartfelt moments. Although the chapters are lengthy, they're engaging, and I never found myself losing interest.
A spoiler alert: In the end, they have a biological son named Heyue, born through genetic manipulation. He's a lively and talkative contrast to his reserved parents, particularly his cold-hearted MC father. The father's emotional vulnerability when it comes to his son is a touching revelation.
As the story progresses, we learn that the MC is originally from Earth and not from the interstellar world. This adds a unique dimension, and their bond grows stronger through sharing stories about Earth. Their son's name, 'Moon,' symbolizes their connection.
In the final aftermath, they have a private, intimate wedding, reflecting true love. The extras offer additional character growth and a glimpse into their personal lives.
This novel stands out from typical interstellar romances with its focus on human conflict and the significance of mecha in protecting loved ones. The emotional impact, especially during the war scenes, is poignant.
I wholeheartedly recommend giving this novel a chance. It's a refreshing take on the genre, with a well-developed plot and memorable characters. Thank you to the author and translator for bringing this story to life; I look forward to supporting you further!
The translator for this claimed on March 2, 2024, that they will likely start again in the summer. They started their translations in 2021, at this rate it will take over a decade for it to be completed. Don't expect anyone else to start translating this unless it gets officially dropped. Translators, try not to do that to each other.

This is an enjoyable and heartwarming tale with well-developed characters, and the portrayal of their relationships is adorable. It's unfortunate that it hasn't received a new translation in three months since I wrote this review; considering its ongoing progress, there's clearly plenty more to be translated.
